TP Trucking & Logistics Wins Safety Award for the Second Year in a Row
Towards the end of April, TP Trucking & Logistics was honored to receive an award from the Oregon Trucking Association for Outstanding Achievement in Highway Safety, 1st Place Common Carrier: Truckload Over 3-Million Miles.
This award is determined by a trucking company’s Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA) score. The CSA score is regulated by the federal government and we were scored alongside companies’ fleets of the same type and size. A company’s recordable accidents and miles driven in the state of Oregon is also a factor in determining the winner.
TP Trucking & Logistics’ Safety Manager, Bryson Richmond said, “From the internal office, to the driver behind the wheel, it truly takes a team to win this award.” This is the second year in a row that TP Trucking has won this award, so when asking Bryson what he believes makes TP Trucking stand out in terms of safety, he said, “TP Trucking has always been a proactive company when it comes to safety, always attending safety conferences, searching new approaches to safety and updating our safety training programs.” This award is a true testament of our driver’s and employee’s dedication to ensuring that safety is always a top priority – well done team!
